New helpers and explicit prompt transfer

Only the transfer button puts a packet in the same browser tab’s Session Storage. It is valid for ten minutes and is removed on import, discard or the next access after expiry. The browser may keep it until then or the end of the tab session. It is not sent to AGIbeamer or put in the URL. The offline preview uses memory only.

Assistant input and formal checks stay in your browser. Opting in to saved improvement history also stores imported prompts and selected criteria locally. External links to PunkteMachen and LearnForReal open those services; accounts and study content are not automatically read or transferred.

Additional service: optional revision history

The additional service also works without sending your input to our server or an AI. By default, its history stays in the open tab’s memory. Enabling “Remember the history on this device” stores the task, requirements, prompt versions, pasted answers and your ratings in this browser’s Local Storage. It remains until you disable saving, delete the history or clear site data. There is no synchronisation between devices, browsers, languages or domains. Avoid saving sensitive content on shared devices.

“Start over / delete history” clears the current language’s history from the page and local storage. Disabling saving retains the history in the open tab. The TXT download creates a file on your device. Deleting history does not remove downloaded files or clipboard content. Another AI service receives the copied text, including any previous answer, only when you paste the prompt there yourself.

1. Your prompts stay in your browser

AGIbeamer creates prompts, batches and review briefs using fixed rules directly in your browser. The prompt builders do not send their input text, previous AI answers, feedback, options or results to our server or a language model. The existing builder does not persist this content in cookies, Local Storage or IndexedDB. The additional “Improve step by step” page offers a separate optional local save setting (see below).

Closing or reloading the page can lose your text. Save any results you need. Your browser, installed extensions and your clipboard may process data beyond this website’s control.

2. Minimal access log

In live mode, each page request records only two fields in a private file: its UTC time and a source category. Retention is 7 calendar days.

The browser-supplied referrer is classified broadly, for example Google, Bing, a known network site, internal, other or direct/unknown. We do not log the full referrer address, search terms, IP address, location, browser identifier, visited subpage or visitor ID. Missing referrers are classified as direct/unknown. Referrers can be incomplete or manipulated and do not reliably identify unique visitors.

The limited statistics help us understand request times and broad traffic sources. Where personal data is involved in technical processing, the intended basis is our legitimate interest in service provision, security and minimal usage statistics under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The actual referrer address is classified transiently rather than retained in our file.

Old access files are removed on page requests or by a maintenance job. A regular maintenance job is required for cleanup without new requests. Authorised operators access files via protected hosting credentials; logs are not public. Downloaded copies and backups must also be removed on time.

3. Hosting and previous versions

STRATO hosts the site and processes technical connection data, including the IP address needed to serve a page. STRATO states that visitor IP addresses kept for attack prevention are retained for at most seven days. Separately, customer access logs are available for the last six weeks; STRATO describes their IP/host details as anonymised. Those provider logs are separate from our access log described above.

This version sets no application cookies for prompt generation. An existing session cookie from an older version is removed. Legacy prompt logs are no longer appended to. Any remaining old records remain subject to the previous expiry period; the operator must remove unneeded legacy data and backups.

4. Copying, downloads and external services

Copying places the selected text on your clipboard. TXT downloads create a file on your device. Neither action sends content to AGIbeamer.

Clicking WhatsApp or Telegram passes the current prompt to that service; Telegram also receives a public AGIbeamer link. You then select the recipient and confirm sending in the messenger, but transfer starts on the initial click. Providers process content and connection data under their own terms, potentially outside the EU/EEA: WhatsApp and Telegram.

External information links open the relevant site only when clicked. AGIbeamer embeds no external fonts, analytics, advertising or messenger scripts. You decide whether and where to paste a prompt into an AI.

5. Contact form, email and your rights

The contact form is separate from the prompt builders that work locally. Submitting sends your email address, topic, message and optional name and subject to our server, which forwards them by email to our contact mailbox. The details are used only to handle your enquiry. Processing involves the controller named above and the hosting/email services involved. The form accepts no attachments and sends no automatic copy to the address entered.

The form code creates no additional message file or contact database. Email correspondence remains in the mailbox until it is deleted in accordance with its purpose. To protect against automated or repeated submissions, a private technical state keeps short-lived random identifiers and submission timestamps, without a name, email address, message, IP address or browser identifier. One-time form checks expire after two hours; submission timestamps count for at most 24 hours. Expired entries are removed on the next contact-form access. No cookies are set for this purpose.

When you email prompt@agibeamer.com, we process your address, message and attachments to handle your enquiry. For contact-form handling, email correspondence and abuse prevention, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and operating securely under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) for contract-related enquiries where applicable. Correspondence is removed when no longer needed unless statutory retention duties apply.

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Use the operator contact above.
